1.Send us your 2D or 3D drawing and injection machine model, we will check and send you quotation.

2.After confirm the quotation and receive deposit, we will do DFM analysis.

3.Using design software allows us to see how the molten material will be have as it enters the mold, allowing further design improvements.

4.Start to make the mold by CNC, and then machining by EDM machines

5.Around 30~45 days will have T1 samples can send customers to confirm.

6.Customer inspect the mold by video or in our factory.

7.Deliver the molds by sea or air.
