Tips for Machine Tool Lifting

• Use a crane to lift a machine tool wrapped with a wrap film. During the lifting and unloading, the bottom or side of the machine must not be subjected to impact or severe vibration. Under no circumstances should the machine be tilted excessively.

• Check the external condition of the machine before installing the machine, and check whether the accessories and tools are complete according to the "packing list".

• When the machine tool is lifted, avoid collision, use the cable reasonably, and never attach the rope to the extended mechanical parts (especially the slider). Lift the machine tool to prevent the cable from directly contacting the painted surface and damage the machine tool. Cloth or wooden block lifting.

NOTE

• To keep the machine being balanced in the vertical and horizontal directions, the machine should be balanced when the machine has just been removed from the ground.

• Lifting wire rope angle must not exceed 60°.
