Recently, another full colour outdoor LED display project, undertaken by MR LED, was completed installation near Meilinguan in Shenzhen city. It is learned that the customer rose extremely stringent quality requirements for this project. After visiting and reviewing many LED display manufacturers, the customer finally selected MR LED as cooperator to build this project.

As reported this project adopts MR LED P20 products with the area of 340㎡. Considering the outdoor using environment, MR LED made detail analysis and design for this screen on the aspects of water proof, dust proof and maintenance. Strictly control for each process from material, manufacture to installation. It is learned that this project adopts imported Nicha LED chips, Mean Well power supply, Luwa system with pixel level calibration and new type unleaded PCB board. With LPS this screen can normally operate in any weather.

In addition, the brightness of this project has be taken new treatment. After calibration the brightness can reach to over 8000cd/㎡. At the same time matched with brightness regulating system, it will adjust the brightness automatically according the surrounding which can not only save power energy but also make the image more clear.
