It aims at breaking down energy saving index at every level and distributing energy saving task to everyone and plucked out "real money" from energy consumption source.
Electricity saving, gas saving and water saving are the focus of this year Baosteel Co.,Ltd.'s energy management. In the situation of high energy costs, electricity saving, water saving and gas saving are particularly important for reducing manufacturing cost. The saving of every unit of electricity and every drop of water requires every employee's participation.
As for management, Baosteel Co.,Ltd. will establish electricity and water daily monitoring group at the corporate level, increase inspection frequency, increase illegal energy wasting exposure and punishment, implement energy conservation project dynamic reporting and implementation promotion. It will include process power consumption, water consumption and energy saving amount into department's energy and environment management comprehensive performance evaluation. It will collect and summarize excellent cases every quarter, promote good practices and carry out quarterly special evaluation and propulsion.
To cope with this year project construction's impact on energy balance, in gas supply, the power plant will optimize and compress unit overhauling time, implement "zero defect" operation management, reduce downtime loss, improve coal supply quality, strengthen gas supply scheduling, reduce plant electricity consumption. It will try to win grid scheduling support and summer peak load power generation favorable conditions and generate as much power as possible. It will challenge the target of 8.5 billion kwh, of which, residual energy and voltage target 660 million kwh and green power generation target 2000 million kWh. Meanwhile, Baosteel Co.,Ltd. will carry out electricity saving in all plants comprehensively and form electricity saving management and technology measures and will highlight process power consumption index management and incorporate them into energy management evaluation system.
In gas saving, Baosteel Co.,Ltd. will enhance natural gas's capacity in replacing COG, replace gas with pulverized coal in lime kiln, ensure normal functioning of COG gas cabinets, gas gate stations and pressure regulating facilities, seek actively external natural gas source supply, improve NG (natural gas) plan accuracy and adjustment level, ensure coke oven production and converter gas recovery stability, allocate natural gas and coke oven gas, make reasonable arrangements for the overhaul plan, carry out gas byproduct recovery and usage, apply gas balance daily management plan, apply production / maintenance / gas balance negotiation measures under special conditions and ensure natural gas balance.
In water conservation, Baosteel Co.,Ltd. will carry out waste water comprehensive utilization and advanced treatment technology development, promote process water saving through water balance test and other infrastructure work, carry out summer water conservation management and reduce or avoid large amount of exit and repair, develop and increase life wastewater reuse and process water recycling application, promote life water special management, promote regional water pipe leakage detection and update plans, perfect water quantity calculation and statistics management, carry out pilot simulation water quota management and other key measures and promote unit water-saving sub plans' advancement.
