UK-based packaging materials supplier Davpack is expanding its customer service and purchasing new facilities to meet the growing customer demand.

Davpack MD Barney Byfield said the company's detailed understanding of customers will lead to providing of better services.

"Now that we are part of Europe's second largest direct packaging group, we have exciting plans for 2013, and with this comes the opportunity to provide better regional customer service and improved facilities for staff and suppliers," Byfield said.

According to the company, an enlarged customer service team is being organized by regions, such as East Midlands, West Midlands, South Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, and is shifting into its new office space.

Davpack has over 3800 packaging materials available through its online store.
